Refund policy

WHO DO I CONTACT FOR A REFUND?

You may return any unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.  We use eCommerce packaging so for a full refund the original outer packaging or box used to ship must be unbroken and/ or sealed intact this is due to the nature of the product as any opened or used products cannot be returned.

If there is an error or default or incorrect item then this can be returned also.

You will receive your refund within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. If you need to return an item, simply contact us by quoting your order number and return requirements/ reasons.

CAN MY PRODUCTS BE REFUNDED?

If you aren't happy with the product or if it's arrived damaged and you would like your money back, send us proof via email at hello@beardofaaron.com to notify us about your concerns. If we deem the situation to be worth a refund you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
